I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my three-night stay at your hotel. The level of service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was luxurious and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven to relax in after a long day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the delicious breakfast spread each morning was a delightful way to start the day. I cannot commend your hotel enough for creating such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

房間設施都比較陳舊，控制面板很多按鍵破爛，根本看不清寫的是什麼。配備的洗漱用品、茶包非常廉價，還是上個世紀的包裝。沒有配備咖啡。客房點餐也非常落後，沒有菜單，點餐電話打過去，對方始終聽不見我們説話，折騰了一個小時也沒有點餐成功。讓人來修理電話也沒有人來。總之配不上五星級酒店標準，如果是一個三星級的酒店我可以理解。

給這名字騙了！5星大酒店的名賓館的配置，酒店設備裝修陳舊起碼用了有10年以上了！明明訂的是雙床房來到才告知衹有單床房那時已經9點鐘了，750訂的房還不如賓館，加床還要加錢，加被又沒有！

服務：晚上服務好差，打去前台客房電話幾乎沒人接聽，送東西估計得第二天才可以，過年人多，
環境：曾經的輝煌酒店，韶關來説算可以了

衝著是五星級酒店的名號去入住的。但是非常的失望，完全不配是五星級酒店！去到門口，完全沒有人理會（因為沒有服務員）。房間設施陳舊（連洗澡的拖鞋都沒有的）；找服務員多拿一張被子，都説沒有，衹有被套！這五星級酒店的名號，真的掉盡了當地的臉！
