1.前台處理事情服務態度差，升級房間的差價按前台價比網上的價貴很多；2.明明有同等的房間空餘都安排較差的房間比我們，申請換才給；3.訂了兩間房，沖涼時才發現沐浴露都是空瓶的；4.枕頭有很重的異味，床也臟，懷疑沒清洗。

酒店位於曲江區，離南華寺，最美鐵路和張九齡公園都很近，酒店環境非常好，前台小姐姐也都非常好，温柔又耐心，停車場有2層，都是室內的，床品乾淨整潔，廁所也很乾凈，總之入住體驗感非常好👍

酒店好像有些房間翻新了，昨晚體驗過了。全部更換了全自動化，設備很先進。小度小度，有什麼問題就幫忙解決[偷笑]。前台辦理入住很熟練，很有笑容。周邊吃飯的地方很多，出門就是，方便！

酒店環境不錯，大堂坐着舒服！跟朋友在這裏坐着聊聊天挺好的。旁邊就有充電樁，很方便。房間大電視播放正常，小孩喜歡。餐廳早餐挺多品種，雲吞麪美味哦！

酒店出行方便，韶關很多地方都淹水了，這裏沒事。停車場還是室內的，下雨天也不怕淋到愛車。酒店對面就是美食街，吃飯方便。酒店好像最近重新裝修翻新了，設施設備齊全，都全自動化的。

酒店位置很容易找，出了高速就到。對面就是吃飯的地方很方便，停車場大還是室內的。房間空調沒有問題，服務挺周到的。安排了高樓層，外面風景優美！

退房走得急，東西落在酒店房間。前台工作人員很細心聯繫我，把東西寄過來了。雖然東西不貴重，但前台服務態度真的很好。下次5.1出來玩，還是會選擇維也納酒店......

環境很好，天氣也很好！到店升級了雙床房，房間很大，天氣熱，空調很給力。酒店出行方便，停車位也多，前台小姐姐笑起來很好看的呢，值得推薦！

朋友介紹過來的，確實還不錯。送了早餐，品種可以。房間衞生乾淨，設備沒有問題。離南華寺近，過去挺方便的。在馬壩算是不錯的酒店，服務熱情。
