整體感覺不錯，但附近沒有商場，想去食嘢只能去到摩爾城那邊比較多嘢食，附近就係百年老街，打車比較沒有那麼方便，酒店的衛生算不錯了，房間也夠大，還可以辦理快速退房，直接放入個箱就可以，房間也可以到兩點退房這個不錯👍

地理位置十分優越，就在風采樓牌坊旁邊，出門右轉100米就是步行街，左轉50米就是百年東街，有免費停車場，酒店服務枱在維也納酒店9樓，服務員態度很好，乾淨衞生，床鋪枕頭沒有味道，有一次性日常用品

酒店在鬧市，挨着風采樓，樓下很多農貿市場，隨處可見的小攤位很有煙火氣。吃到一家超級好吃的南雄本地菜。在韶關呆了三天，這家酒店是唯一讓我能睡着覺的，床很軟。缺點就是淋浴間的玻璃門有點透 希望能改進一下。

酒店樓下很熱鬧，就是風采樓景點沒什麼逛的，但步行街的橫巷內還是買到心儀的乾貨，老公説前廳的咖啡比維也納酒店的自助早餐咖啡好喝，我問了前廳老闆是不是同一個，吃的早餐是維也納酒店出品，床墊也是維也納的出品，裝修格局也是。
衞生：乾淨
環境：風采樓後，整個景區最值得逛就是在停車場的學宮
