HanTing Hotel (Shaoguan Wujiang Renminzhengfu)

I stayed at the Hanting Hotel at the Wujiang District People's Government from May 22nd to 3rd, 2025. Overall, my experience was positive. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the experience was above average. I would like to especially commend and thank the hotel's front desk staff, Yin Zhiwei. He was very responsive and able to address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly. After I found a room card and returned it to the front desk, I inquired about breakfast. Mr. Yin promptly checked my room type, understood my availability, and provided a complimentary breakfast. He is proactive, conscientious, and proactive in understanding and providing personalized service and attention, which made my stay even more enjoyable. When delivering my belongings, he always used both hands, smiled, and spoke politely, demonstrating genuine respect and attentive service. His service attitude is on par with, and even better than, that of star-rated hotels, fully complying with hotel industry standards. In addition, a female staff member on the 11:00 AM shift on May 23rd was unable to depart as planned due to weather conditions. When I was about to check out, I contacted the front desk staff, who understood the situation and offered to register a late check-out for me. The soundproofing is so poor that I could hear the upstairs showering and walking. The strong smell of renovations hits the room as soon as I enter. The bathroom also reeks of cigarette smoke. It's truly terrible.

酒店位置處於老城區，交通方便，旁邊停車場有時沒位需要停到對面小區，前台再報銷停車費，有點不方便！ 酒店很新，各種設施齊全，訂的高級大床房，每個樓層衹有一間，但是房間位置不錯，很安靜，左右兩邊一個是布草間，一個消毒間，都沒人的。缺點就是房間有點小！ 衞生間蠻大，沒有在合適的位置安裝掛鈎，洗澡的東西沒地方放，花灑旁邊安裝掛鈎不會淋濕衣服？希望改進！ 有洗衣房，乾淨整潔，點贊！
