2025年5月22-33日入住武江區人民政府漢庭酒店，整體感覺良好，房間乾淨整潔舒適，體驗中上等。
特想表揚並致謝酒店前台工作人員—尹志偉。能夠及時瞭解客人情況並解決問題，在我撿到一張房卡並歸還酒店前台後，詢問早餐情況時，尹先生及時查詢我所入住房型，瞭解住房情況，並贈與早餐一份。工作積極、認真負責，主動了解併為客人提供個性化服務與關注，使我在這次入住期間有更加體驗。在為我遞送物品時全程雙手、微笑服務、禮貌用語，真正做到尊重客人、用心服務，作為酒店工作人員完全不輸星級酒店的服務態度，有過之無不及，完全符合酒店行業規範。
另，5月23日中午十一點班次一位女工作人員，因天氣原因，本人無法按照計劃時間出行，在即將退房時，與前台溝通，這位工作人員瞭解情況並表示為我登記延遲退房。
因行程安排，未對二位當面感謝，在此再次對二位表示感謝！

前台服務很好，早餐也豐富，床上用品舒適，房間空間也大，衞生也很乾凈！很適合出差、旅遊！酒店的員工也很有禮貌，房間設施設備齊全，酒店辦理入住非常方便，停車也很方便！酒店周邊有商場，餐飲，出門很方便，隔壁家牛雜也很好吃，美味！以後就選擇這個店。

非常滿意的一次入住！酒店交通便利，周邊配套齊全，便利店、餐廳一應俱全。房間乾淨衞生，空調温度穩定，噪音小，住得很安心。辦理入住和退房流程非常快速，工作人員服務周到，還幫忙寄存行李，特別貼心。整體性價比在線，推薦給打算來這邊的朋友～
