這次出行，這家酒店的高鐵站接送站服務真的驚艷到我了！
當時拖着行李又累又困，提前聯繫酒店後，一下高鐵就看到工作人員舉着醒目的牌子在出站口等候。上車後車內整潔舒適，司機駕駛平穩，還貼心地介紹了周邊好玩的地方和酒店的特色服務。
辦理入住也十分高效，房間乾淨温馨，設施齊全。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。
返程時酒店也提前安排好了送站，完全不用操心交通問題，整個旅程輕鬆又愉快。真心推薦給大家！

第二次入住了，一如既往的好。出差以後都是定這裏了，去哪裡都挺方便，價格也實惠。維也納值得所有人的信賴。

整體還不錯，但是希望有幾點可以改進：一個是酒店有配一個洗衣機但是裏面有點泥了，應該要定期清洗一下，如果有條件也可以配個烘衣機。還一個是房裡開空調後感覺有點氣味，需要經常透風。
另外地下停車場很狹小難找，問了前台，衹告訴我位置，但沒有説這個情況，費勁找過去卻發現沒位置並且掉頭也麻煩，建議以後回答地下停車庫時可以直接提示一下這一點，沒必要再介紹開過去了

我是一個長期喜歡自駕旅行的女生，對酒店也是有一點要求的。例如第一：酒店的地理位置首先要在公園旁邊，方便我晚飯後可以隨時下樓溜達，這一點酒店符合我的要求。第二我喜歡同樣的價格，房間要寬敞大一些，我不太喜歡房間狹小會讓人有擰巴的窒息感，大大的空間住起來會讓人有鬆弛感。第三一開始辦入住不清楚房間有地毯，在要求置換房間的時候，一樓服務人員及時給更換，服務絕對是一流天花板級別服務，跟服務人員溝通能給我們提供滿滿的情緒價值，值得表揚及讚美。第四 ：因為我是開房車自駕遊，行李相對比較多，一樓大廳女孩非常貼心讓保安親自幫我一起搬運，心很細，很感動。第五關於早餐🥣，用餐區域雖然不大，但是衞生環境絕對安全，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，要吃的麪食🍝還是碳水化合物食物幾乎都有，包括水果飲料幾乎都能滿足我的個人需求，不代表大家。第六酒店邊上吃飯也很方便又很安靜。總之這家酒店性價比非常值得推廣，你好邵陽的維也納我是你忠實的住客，最少也要住上三天。真心評價，來自温州的引擎精靈姑娘。
