首先定的是麻將房，麻將間和房間隔開的，裏面的桌子抽屜處全部都是贓物，沒有打掃乾淨。當天凌晨3點訂的房間，下午3點多前台打電話問是退房還是續住，迴應的是換房，然後麻將房超時多久可以直接算，打掃衞生的阿姨就不停催，催了三次，中途和她説了洗漱完之後再進來打掃衞生，阿姨甚至想直接用房卡進來！！！在催到第三次的時候，甚至還要求客人馬上離開房間方便她打掃衞生，説我們加了錢也不是這樣的道理，請問你們酒店是沒有對工作人員進行培訓嗎？客人還要看服務人員的臉色了？？？總之以後都不可能選擇這家酒店了！！

酒店硬件很不錯，很舒服，乾淨衞生，就是早餐品種太少了，就是粥，粉，還有包子餃子之類的，還有茶几和凳子高低真是醉了，喝茶需要彎着腰，也不知道怎麼想的，看圖吧
