Because I went early, the room was not cleaned, and the front desk was very patient to help us coordinate the room and upgrade the room type (but we refused, but the front desk felt very nice).
The room was good, although facing the decoration place, the front desk informed in advance that because of the rush, the weekend may start, and it is also very intimate to say that earplugs can be provided, but I didn't hear much. We've stayed at the hotel a few times in the past. The staff at reception is very helpful and the check-in process uncomplicated and quick. The ”super room” is spacious and has a huge TV (which we didn't have time to use). There's a small couch to sit on and the shower area is separated by a partial wall from the rest of the room. On the downside, the mattress was very hard. The room smelled strongly of cold cigarette smoke which is rather uncomfortable for non-smokers.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes as it was close to the places we wanted to go to/see. We appreciated that our room didn't reek of cigarette smoke. It was my first time to come to Shanwei. A local friend introduced me to the Xinpinqinghu Hotel. I fell in love with it as soon as I stayed. We had a marvelous stay in the hotel. The beach is amazing, and the facilities are all here: swimming pool, gym, arcade, karaoke, and an abundance of playroom (most with a fee).
We ate exclusively in the hotel, pretty sure it was more pricy, but food quality was amazing and we can be assured it is safe. The Chinese restaurant service was great on the second night, and our server Bella Tang （唐輝勤）served us with all her heart. We are grateful. 😀

The service attitude is good. There are a few people in front of me who are handling temporary orders. Xiao Ma and Xiao Ou are enthusiastic to help. When I know that I am not with the previous people, they immediately arrange another machine to help me check in. They are very active in assisting my enquiries.

22010557551Passing by self-driving, the experience is very good. The hotel is located on Guangshan Highway. There is an underground parking lot on the ground. The rooms are well-equipped with electric curtains, smart toilets, and a warm restaurant. It should be the best hotel in the area. The elevator is a bit slow. The hotel is convenient to travel, and there are many choices of food around. We recommend the ”Lufeng Bieyuan” restaurant less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. The dining environment, atmosphere, and dishes are very good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and beautiful. It is the simple style I like. The background music in the bath is very comfortable. The shower has a large and hot water output. It is very comfortable. The parent-child room has a 1.8 meters and a 1.35 bed, which is very suitable for parents and children. The cushion is very comfortable, the only suggestion I want to give is that there are children in the parent-child room after all, can you not put the condom in such a prominent position on the bedside table, it is a bit embarrassing😳

AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德The hotel is nestled in a bustling and happening area of Shanwei, and was, overall, a great hotel for the purpose of a weekend getaway out of Shenzhen.
We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things
The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it
Highly recommend a stay here!

Mmaya3645I live in Room 307, Building 4. The room has a large balcony, but the floor is relatively low. There are villas, Hilton Hotel, and 5 buildings in front of it, so I can’t directly see the sea; I suggest you choose 5 buildings, if only 3, If there are 4 buildings, you should choose at least the 10th floor to see the complete sea;
Hygiene is a big problem. When we entered, the cigarette butts on the balcony were not cleaned up, and the mirror in the bathroom was not wiped clean. There were toilet paper balls and a lot of dust under the bed. It should have been cleaned for a long time. The most serious thing is that the quilt rests on the neck There is a shoe print in the location that has not been cleaned; I guess it was a temporary cleaner during the Spring Festival. Fortunately, the housekeeper has a good attitude and can respond in time.
Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high. Ctrip’s price exceeds 1,000 yuan and the actual price is 686 yuan after discounts for various activities. It is understandable that the price is high during the Spring Festival. When I booked, the Hilton Doubletree was less than 1,000 yuan, but if I book earlier, I have a chance to get it DoubleTree by Hilton, sea view infinity pool, standard service.

The amenities are quite poor. Don’t understand how the hotel can use the single use towel from the bag for this room price. It’s better to use bath towel.
The room was dirty a bit. The bad is very hard.
