"We stayed here with our children during the summer holiday. We had originally booked a twin room for two nights, but upon arrival on Friday, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and absolutely fantastic – we were extremely pleased with it. The front desk offered warm, complimentary cookies during both check-in and check-out, and delighted our children with lollipops, which made them very happy. At the buffet breakfast, despite being two adults and two children, they generously provided a complimentary breakfast for one of our kids, even though they were 133cm tall. The hotel offers a range of facilities such as an on-site cinema, a children's playground, a swimming pool, kids' painting activities, and more. During the hottest part of the day, we could enjoy these indoor activities. In the afternoons, we had the option of going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area, which boasts a food street and amusement rides. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel's service was excellent, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This is truly a top choice for a stress-free family vacation, perfect for parents who want to relax while their kids are kept happy and busy."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel attentive. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and warm, and the bed is soft and comfortable, which completely eliminates the fatigue of the whole day. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk, who not only quickly solved our parking needs when we checked out, but also recommended great local food nearby! The location of the hotel is also very convenient, within walking distance to the food street. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to this city."

"The room is not big but the facilities are ok, and a disposable bath bag is also provided! The room has a separate bubble pool, hot water and cold water, and the overall awakeness is very strong! "Transportation The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station, but the surrounding road conditions may not be clear enough, so the driver may easily miss the entrance and need to walk to the roadside to get on the bus every time. It is recommended to set up signs in conspicuous places or provide more precise positioning guidance to facilitate passengers to get on and off the bus. Hygiene During the continuous stay, the room was cleaned every day and kept clean, which is worthy of recognition. However, since the hotel has just been renovated, there is still a noticeable decoration smell from the elevator to the corridor area (maybe formaldehyde or other materials), it is recommended to strengthen ventilation or take deodorization measures to improve the comfort of the stay. Service 1. Insufficient manpower: No one answered the front desk after multiple calls, and it took too long to wait for the delivery of supplies (such as spare parts, bottled water, etc.), which affected the accommodation experience. 2. Delivery service omissions: When ordering takeout, the front desk informed that the robot would be used for delivery, but it was not delivered in fact. After asking again half an hour later, it was explained that ”the robot could not be used because the meal contained soup”, and finally the staff walked upstairs. It is recommended that the front desk should proactively communicate restrictions and promptly inform alternative plans to avoid making guests wait passively. Network The Wi-Fi signal is unstable, often disconnected or slow, causing inconvenience to guests who need to work remotely or surf the Internet. It is recommended to check the network equipment, strengthen the signal coverage, or provide a backup network solution. Overall suggestions The hotel's hardware conditions are relatively new, but there is still room for improvement in terms of decoration odor, service response efficiency, delivery process and network stability. If the above problems can be optimized, the guest experience will be greatly improved."

"Good location, on Ermalu Food Street👍🏼 The room was OK, except that the bedside lamp was broken. The staff said it couldn't be replaced, which was inconvenient. Hygiene OK Overall, it's ok for the first time to book this hotel If I have a chance to go to Shanwei next time, I will book again👌"

"The hotel is in a great location. Although there are many night markets downstairs, the sound insulation is very good and is not affected. It's about 10 minutes' walk to Ermalu, which is acceptable. There are big shopping malls and snack shops along the way. I will consider it next time. However, the Wi-Fi in the room did not function properly and needs improvement."

"Ms Li Ying is extremely helpful and professional. Very glad to meet her when I checked in. No problem at all. She is a very special young lady. When I checked out this morning, it was a different lady, who appears to be cold and not trained, not even looking at me or greeting guests when I approached her at Reception around 8am today."

"Location close to high rail station. Close to many good restaurants recommend by the staff in hotel. All staffs are warm and helpful. Reception has big seating area serving warm drinks. Rooms are clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Tv has many channels to watch. Tasty breakfast with great selection. I will certainly recommend friends to come to stay. When I come visit again to Shenwei,I will definitely come back"

"Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty."
