設施有點老，樓梯有點高，老闆很好，四川老鄉，過個大馬路就是二馬路，旁邊就是海邊街渡口，停車也方便，總之這個位置真的很不錯，建議老闆翻修一下，3層作為廉價出租，2層搞成温馨民宿廁所擴寬一點，絕對租爆😁

房子是偏向老旅館一樣的，不過價格比較實惠，空間也大，晚上也比較舒服不吵，另外老闆的態度很好，因為我是第二天要搭高鐵比較晚，正常12點退房給我延遲到2點。唯一感覺不是特別到位的是廁所比較小，台階高
