房間設施齊全，老闆服務也很好。經常來汕尾這邊出差附近都住過，這家性價比高乾淨衞生環境也不錯。主題公寓那些就很臟，地毯裝飾啥的根本沒有換洗。我嚴重鼻敏感，有塵不乾淨馬上過敏泛紅，這家的衞生就很到位，非常不錯👍🏻

省流：房間比有客的大很多，在意空間感和樓底高低的選這家。跟聽海的標準大床房一模一樣，想要高性價比美麗價格的選這家。比微港的標準大床房乾淨衞生服務好，在意體驗感不想半夜被敲門的選這家。比華潤萬象的民宿近，在意位置方便進出高鐵站的也選這家。都是用錢買的經驗，就淺淺推薦小小宜居一下。房間便利設施充足，樓下停車場逛公園買吃的方便，環境比較清幽安靜。老闆斯文有禮能商量，懂茶道還喜歡寫字帖，是我的退休生話了hhh

現在訂房基本都會看評分 低於4.5的沒有保障 太便宜的又肯定踩雷 這家就很好 離高鐵站很近 具有地理優勢交通方便視野開闊 配套設施挺不錯 而且環境衞生服務也很好 老闆服務周到態度積極 相比動輒幾百 照片看着華麗 灰塵卻沾的滿處都是的loft複式 果斷宣佈這家民宿贏麻了 超級乾淨體驗感和床墊質量都超槓的 推薦推薦👍🏻

假節日租房竟然沒有被坑，大家放心食用，這家民宿房間素質很好！出高鐵站就到，不用坐車是真的就在旁邊！環境衞生是真的很好，設施服務也超讚的！他家的價格很友好，很晚入住被管家秒回訊息驚到，以後就定這家了！

服務周到房間乾淨衞生良好環境舒適設施齊全，五分鐘能到高鐵站，性價比高的無法挑剔。民宿這麼卷真的衹有我不知道嗎？以前來這家民宿的住客居然揹着我吃這麼好？我不允許！必須把小小宜居暴露給敵方（看評論的崽崽們）🤣🤣🤣這次住了兩個星期體驗很好，給老闆五星好評！！！

攜程上訂的這家就在高鐵站旁邊，幾分鐘腳程非常方便容易找 不是寫着高鐵站店，卻還有幾公里路遠，要我坐車過去的野酒店
看了保利大樓附近的格局都大差不差，最後選了這家民宿 房間乾淨衞生明亮，服務態度很好很耐心，設施齊全價格優惠，環境和體驗都很不錯會再來的

這次過來深汕辦事 朋友介紹這家民宿説地段可以房間不錯 看到評分很高就訂了下來 事實的確環境好衞生好 老闆的服務也很到位
樓下都是商店 停車場位夠多 高鐵站到公寓就三分鐘 去深汕衹有一個紅綠燈口 所以結論是設施也很好 價格衹有一百多 物超所值非常推薦

小小宜居公寓房間配備的設施挺齊全 阿姨的服務很熱情衞生情況良好 環境安逸房間偌大價格實惠 平日100多就能住 在微港住過户型差不多的 可竟然連續被人闖進兩次 當晚完全睡不了擔驚受怕 這家用的智能鎖 而且入住手續溝通什麼的都很快 晚上找阿姨也是秒回 滿滿當當的安全感我給一百分
