優點：房間出門就是沙灘，乾淨整潔，寵物友好，也不會另外收費，前台小姐姐自己也撿了一衹流浪狗養着，旁邊就是金町灣的網紅打卡地，樓下很多吃的，交通很方便，到二馬路也才十來分鐘車程。幾乎沒有槽點

玥海5棟真的離沙灘很近，帶娃去沙灘超放便的，下到負一樓右手邊的通道出去往右走十多米就是海邊沙灘了。旺季入住率高，等電梯有點費時，我們住3樓不想等直接爬樓梯了，海邊民宿大多都有的衞生問題，房間有沙子，總覺得到處都是灰。民宿老闆服務態度挺好的，每天都打電話來詢問需不需要打掃。

性價比挺高的，環境那些都還可以吧，主要去玩比較方便，左邊吃的玩的都很近，挺好的，衞生服務都是算不錯的了

玥海五棟二樓。是海景房，樓層低，房內好臭，應該是樓層低，廁所返味。剛到時安排了一間樓道邊的房間，好簡陋。後邊前台姐姐按我訂房的意願換了本來定好新中式風格。退房晚了一點才退房，前台也沒有態度不好。

小朋友們玩的很開心，整體體驗感都挺好，前台很積極幫我們處理問題，下樓就是海灘下去玩很方便，樓下也有很多飯店和小攤，交通也很方便樓下有很多電動車有需要可以掃碼租車，不過我們的房間樓層比較低晚上會有些吵，樓下夜市的音響剛好就在我們房間旁邊有點吵，晚上樓上發出有類似拖椅子等的噪音

房間裏衞生很乾凈 住着也很舒適 陽台就能看到沙灘 最重要的是離沙灘也近！！！下樓走2分鐘差不多那樣子就到了 前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情 有什麼需要第一時間會送過來 體驗感真的很好！！！下次來還是選擇這裏！！！
