All I can say is, do not ignore the negative reviews. They are true. When I arrived, the customer service was terrible. I couldn’t locate the office, so I tried calling. When they answered, they didn’t talk, I only heard several people laughing. I called twice and the same thing happened twice.
Upon finally entering the room, the bed had sand and hair inside the sheets, and hair all over the sofa. Also, the floor was not swept.
The location and view are the only good things I can point out about this place. However, the building in which the room is located is terrible. The elevator takes about 5-10 minutes to arrive, the lobby is full of garbage.
This is marketed as a luxury villa, but it is not!
