設施：完善👍空調淋浴都很齊全，很舒適
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈
環境：一進門就可以看到很漂亮的海景，站在陽台窗外海景一覽無餘，早晚還可以看到朝霞於夕陽，美不勝收
服務：五星好評⭐️辦理入住時工作人員會指引到房間，保潔貼心的提供生活用品，禮貌問候是否需要打掃房間，辦理入住到退房都很流暢。
來汕尾玩選擇該酒店不會踩雷朋友們，住宿很舒適，風景很美，為旅遊提供一個絕佳的好心情✨️

服務：服務很好，很貼心。但最好提前告知下門店位置。
環境：環境和位置還是很不錯的，大陽台，拉開窗簾就能看到海，下樓就是沙灘，就在禮堂附近。
設施：整體風格還可以，就是設備稍微有點老舊～

房間空間挺大的 設施完善 一線海景 超級出片 跟朋友們拍了很多好看照片 下樓走五分鐘就到海邊 超級方便 服務態度也很好 朋友戒指掉了 房東和阿姨幫忙找了很久 還幫忙寄回 真的太感激了 另外我看到網上説有很多酒店圖跟實際不符 還好我們並沒有出現這種情況 大家可以參考哈

前台服務人員態度温和，有什麼問題都能及時解決溝通，晚上有夜市也有飯店，看自己選擇。公寓距離夜市也很近。也可以點外賣，都很方便。可以嚐嚐汕尾的菜包粿，小米等小吃。房間舒適乾淨，最重要的是日出日落視野絕佳，遺憾的是今天天氣不好，太陽被擋住了。離海邊近，聽着海浪聲也很放鬆。

海景不錯，陽台就能看到沙灘大海，視野比較好。剛入住沒穿鞋在房間地上走了一圈結果一腳的泥沙，榻榻米也有泥沙和毛髮，反饋前台説前一晚並沒人入住且保潔檢查過的，這話誰信呢，房間門窗都是關着的還有這麼多泥沙唯一的解釋就是沒打掃乾淨，後來也有阿姨來重新打掃了。還有空調外機為什麼不能換個位置，熱風全部吹到陽台，想在陽台上坐坐看看風景完全待不下去。電梯不多還慢的要死，一棟這麼大的樓就三部電梯平均等電梯時間十分鐘以上，還有電梯不通風！悶熱！退房前一天到退房當天有一部電梯還壞了就一直沒恢復，等電梯足足等了二十多分鐘！最後電梯滿員了一個保潔阿姨還提着東西要進來，説往裡擠擠，告訴她不好擠，大家都是帶着行李小孩，結果還跟我們爭辯説她也等了很久就要進來，保潔車都沒推進來，電梯等了很久是我們的問題嗎？誰不是等了很久？我們等了幾趟看到人多還知道自覺點再等下一趟。這個保潔還陰陽怪氣説我們是上帝不敢跟我們吵！一點也沒把顧客當上帝啊！

這家店服務簡直一流，2點退的房，在上午還沒起床的時候，他們的清潔工直接開門進來，把我嚇得呀，然後告訴前台，前台連忙道歉還請我喝了一杯奶茶！態度不錯，接受他們的錯失！

入住了4晚，內裝挺清爽的加上32層非常適合看海的海景公寓，小區安保也很不錯，進出門都有保安登記。地理位置很好，在商業街旁邊，走路10分鐘能到杯杯鮮和KFC。服務也很及時，客服會及時安排和詢問打掃衞生包括溝通和回答入住問題。衹是中間有1晚洗澡沒有熱水，大概是熱水器沒天然氣了，但客服也及時安排瞭解決方案（去隔壁小區新開一間房洗）以及補償金，並在第二天喊了師傅來修。總體入住體驗不錯，很適合多人出遊團建居住

房間衞生還可以更乾淨一點，高峯期可能忙不過來，但是窗外海景很漂亮，樓下就很近就能玩沙，去海水比較清澈有比較多的遊玩項目
