與海的直線距離估計就200米左右，晚上可以很清楚的聽見海浪聲。坐在露台吹海風，聽海浪聲，是真的非常舒服！！！晚上還可以看到有人在沙灘放煙花🎆。最後是開着門聽着海浪聲入睡的，舒服！早上亮得早，開門睡的話要帶眼罩。前面的這邊前灘人非常少，早上散步非常舒服。
裝修很新，淋浴區還做了乾濕分離。
我不是節假日去的，所以整體的性價比非常高！

房間乾淨整潔，陽台看過去就是海邊，樓下環境也很不錯，也有很多吃喝的，小吃，咖啡，果汁店都很贊。酒店前台帥哥很大方熱情！很真誠在接待各地道來的旅客，比起週末其他地方加價，這個酒店物超所值

淡季工作日出遊真的舒服，沒有人從眾，樓下也很好停車，直接就在電梯口附近。這個在玥海小區，離海灘入口和風帆禮堂很近。老闆很好，我們去的比較晚，留了2棟高層的房，房間性價比高，看海景觀也很好，涼涼海風吹的舒服，衹是那兩天天氣一般 可惜沒能看到日出。有點不足就是智能門鎖有時不太靈敏，要等待多試幾次。

主要是為了金町灣的海景而入住，房間設有正面望海的露台，景觀一流！房間內設施比較簡約，但是必需品都具備，也乾乾淨淨的。以這樣的價錢，算是性價比挺高的👍

非常不錯的海景房，景觀很好，房間也挺乾淨，還有一個小冰箱，老闆人很不錯，海灘的景色也很不錯，就是天氣不太好，很遺憾沒看上海上日落和日出。

我們兩個家庭4大三小住的摩洛哥兩房一廳。房間裝修還可以，比較新，比較乾淨衞生，有一個房間和大廳一起聯通陽台，正對大海，另一個房間比較小，窗户對着走廊，不方便打開窗户和拉開窗簾，不過休息是足夠的。樓下就是沙灘挺方便，便利店和小吃店也有一些，整體相對方便。
不過房間比想象小，介紹有8***，應該衹有60左右，大廳有點擁擠，不過因為基本都在外面玩，房間衹是休息，還是基本夠的，也算是性價比不錯了。兩家人的話，可能訂那種三房的套間比較合適，不過價格也貴很多。
建議酒店給小區物業提一下，在停車場內找出口不方便，因為指引有點亂，目前衹能是在入口進出，另一個出口我們在負一找半天發現封路了，建議設定清晰的指引，儘快把出入口錯開使用。
