孩子爸爸隨便訂了一家鬧市裡的酒店，去到一看，很舊像鐘點房的樣子，果斷取消，最後挑了這家，看中的就是離景點近，樓下走幾分鐘就是沙灘，雖然一看就知道是裝修過，把陽台縮小多放了一張床，但陽台太大也是浪費，三張床也正適合兩大三小的家庭，裏面乾淨衞生，還貼心準備了平板地拖（去完海灘回來不管怎麼洗都是滿地沙子），停車也很方便，地下停車場一個晚上12塊。唯一的建議就是空調不要正對頭頂😁

在陽台能看到海，算是一線海景了。從民宿步行到海邊也就5分鐘，周邊有便利店，牛肉火鍋店，離二馬路會有一定距離。房間兩張1.5米床，挺寬敞，前台小哥哥服務很贊，房間各種事項交待得明明白白。

房間很乾凈整潔，設備設施齊全，視野也不錯，一塵不染，所有物品都歸置得井井有條，顯得格外寬敞明亮， 整個房間佈局合理，動線流暢，收納巧妙，在整潔中透露出高效的生活智慧。

房間很大，很舒適，有小冰箱，有一次性浴巾和一次性紙杯。連住2個晚上，第二天還幫我們更新用品。但是要注意16樓的陽台上面是沒有封的，下雨會淋濕晾曬的衣服。其他的都挺好的，離沙灘也近。

今天回廣州嚕！出來第十天，最後一站汕尾，選擇了金町灣，選擇了一家非常好的店家，環境不錯，乾淨衞生，管家也很貼心把周邊攻略給我，感謝啦！

房間就是一房一廳式的公寓，在客房和客廳都加了一張大床就變成3床房，放了一張自動麻將，所以房內走動面積相當窄。無敵海景的陽台是值得點讚的，另外客服小城的服務熱情，回覆速度也是值得表揚的。
但景區物業管理差，景區環境不衞生，還有待完善提高

保利開發的公寓•金町灣，打颱風的工作日，遊客不多，管家很熱情，服務很好，性價比挺高的。次日週末，按照節假日價格續了房，方便小孩休息與換洗衣服。

房間性價比高，適合家庭出行，兩個1.5米的床是拼接的，特別適合我們二娃的家庭。房間下去海灘步行5分鐘以內，離小朋友玩的那個遊樂場吧也比較近，叫外賣也方便，總體還是推薦的

酒店位置可以，能看到海景，特別是露台的面積很大，非常贊。
設施配套齊全，停車比較方便，12r一天。
出門五分鐘衹能抵達金町灣沙灘。
地段繁華，出門方便便捷，吃飯的餐廳選擇很多。
