谁住这里谁就后悔Absolute joke of a hotel. Check in, and they are clueless. They give one room card and then lie about it on the system that they gave me three. Stayed the first night and went out , expecting a clean room upon return. There was no clean up, they said I had to reserve one day in advance. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of such excuse after saying in so many hotels. After checking out, while waiting in the lobby…I asked for a bottle of water (a small mini bottle of water) and just to save money, the staff at the counter says no! Wow, such a rubbish hotel. The service here is just a mess, rude, unprofessional, and just overall horrible. There are many other hotels nearby. Stay away from this hotel. Trust me, you’ll regret it.

I'm traveling alone during the summer and weekend, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I stayed there for four consecutive days and had a truly satisfying experience. 👍👍
Environment: The surroundings are great, especially the location. There's good food downstairs, and just 400 meters straight is Second Road. Facing the main road, it's not noisy, and transportation is convenient.
Facilities: The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is commendable. The room was spotless, with no signs of aging or odors. The light was great even with the window open.
Cleanliness: The lobby, hallways, and rooms were all very clean, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Service: The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful. They were very attentive to the customer experience and were very considerate. 👍

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Ermalu Road and close to the shopping district. The room was clean and bright, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. It was a great value and a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
