The first two pictures were taken directly from Apple, and the latter were taken with a camera in the room This time I booked a bathtub, but the experience was not as good as last time because the water heater was too small and could not put much water. Otherwise, it would be even more amazing to take a bath and look at the sea.

Others checked out at 12 o'clock, and we checked in at 2:30 p.m. As soon as the door was opened, cleaning had not been done yet. We contacted the housekeeper and they didn't come until after three o'clock.

No one made a sound once it came out. Went there at 3:20 and it was still a mess. Not cleaned at all. After they finished cleaning the sheets, they were still dirty. The decoration doesn't feel like it was 24 years ago. The sofa is moldy. Really speechless

It's a new apartment, you can see the side sea view, and the hygiene is acceptable, probably because it's new! This stay was so disappointing: 1. The housekeeper added WeChat and did not explain in advance what information he needed to provide before he could check into the room. When he arrived at the parking lot, he found that there was no signal at all in the underground parking lot and elevator. He couldn’t receive the message and didn’t know which floor to go to. He was carrying a big bag. Xiaobao, it is really difficult to handle a child and a daughter; 2. The elevators are extremely slow. One of the three elevators is broken, and the other one has to stop at each level and has to be parked with the garbage truck that cleans the room. You can imagine the taste. Even the cleaning lady complained about waiting for the elevator to collapse. Anyway, we are I waited for more than ten or twenty minutes before I got to the room; 3. The smell of smoke in the room was extremely strong. I reported it to customer service. They said that it would be better to open the window for ventilation. Maybe the aunt closed the door after cleaning and did not ventilate it properly. As a result, we opened the doors and windows for two hours before going out, but the smell was still there when we came back. the smell of smoke; 4. The air conditioner is not cool at all and is still dripping. Feedback from customer service said that the temperature is set too low. The water drips only when there is a temperature difference between indoor and outdoor. We are asked to set it to 27 degrees. OK, we do as we do. There are no more drips, but indoors we can only adjust the air conditioner. It’s 27 degrees. I turned it up to blow hot air and turned it down to not cool it. I woke up several times in one sleep due to the heat, and I was sweating immediately. It’s so hot outside now, and the room is still a bit slanted to the west. I can get some sun in the afternoon, but It can be turned on at 27 degrees. How can a large room of 40 to 50 square meters be cooled? The key is that the air conditioner blows out cool air, not hot air. I have never seen that air conditioner blowing out cool air; 5. Jinting Bay is a mature community that just rips off customers. The hotel is more expensive than outside, and the community management is not in place, which affects the accommodation experience. The wild beach outside is much better than the beach here. It costs money to wash your feet here, let alone Said. Although it is a tourist area, the price is definitely higher, which I can understand, but we are not stupid, we are not fish to be slaughtered, and the service is poor, so we will not come again next time. I have never written a negative review so seriously, and I have never even given a negative review to a hotel, but this time, both the customer service and this tourist community are really disappointing.

I got there at four o'clock and waited for twenty minutes in the underground parking lot to go up to the elevator to check in. The elevator was very slow even though I was sweating. When I got up, I was told that there were no rooms available and that another guest had booked the same room. Then they asked me to upgrade to another apartment nearby, which was more than 100 square meters larger than here. I thought it was already getting late, so I wanted to check in early and have a rest. It was a good story. I dragged the old and the young to follow me around, and ended up going to the most remote Poly Tianyu. It was a big difference in terms of location, and the house was also small. Oh my god. Talking about first-line sea view rooms, no room can see the sea, only the lobby can see it, and talking about decoration with balcony windows sealed, why should I seal the windows, there is no balcony, I still want to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze. Secondly, going to the beach is even worse. This area is under development, no one is managing it, the beach is full of garbage, and even the air stinks. I called to say that this apartment is not worth 1,580 yuan at all. Just say you are not satisfied. There was no way. He said that the value is the value. If you are not satisfied, you can apply to check out and find another place to live. There is no such thing. What time is it? He asked me to find another place to live after six o'clock. I will do this. When will I be able to settle down? I’m speechless. I’m really angry😤

The location is okay, close to the seaside, but I don't want to talk about the environment. It's only for one night, so I'll make do with it.
