房間角落有污漬，衞生間的門有異響，窗簾半脱落，是一個新開發的樓盤，住在七樓三台電梯很難等到，做了兩天走了兩天的樓梯，在沿海城市做五百多的房價，從未試過這樣的房子

一線海景房，景色非常漂亮。走200米左右就到海灘，非常方便。而且樓下有餐館有便利店，非常nice！

房間客廳都很寬敞明亮，老闆服務也很好！四樓五樓能看到美麗海景，別墅地點也離海很近，出門1分鐘就到～

看標題和圖片，還以為是別墅類的民宿，什麼免費ktv棋牌室游泳池都是沒有的，就是普通的高層公寓，住的都是來旅遊的人，一共二十多層電梯每次要等超級久，房間可以超近看海就這個優點，下樓去海邊特別近，房間衞生一般般吧

一間垃圾級嘅公寓，扮酒店，訂房登記留的位置竟然是一間裝修公司，去到後加店主的微信才能知道住宿位置，由裝修公司去到住宿位置要打車的，極度不愉快的體驗，唯一滿意的是花灑有問題店東還能為我換房間。
