看評價預訂的，沒想到這麼差。由於我們路程安排，晚上8點多才拿到房間。到了房間之後第一時間就去開空調，發現沒有遙控器，就聯繫前台拿，前台找了員工過來看，沒有。同時我們要求多一張被子，又説協商一下找找。結果在門口聽到去倉庫看看有沒有舊的拿過來頂替一下。後面直接説沒有了。空調遙控器都沒有，還找了3個人弄。床底下一堆垃圾和蟑螂。洗衣機，冰箱都有蟑螂的屍體，實在噁心。處理問題的員工，原本態度還是可以的，後來我們要求多一張被子，怎麼也沒有給我們，之後態度就開始惡劣了，我們説退房，還要扣我們230元，憑什麼，自己房間的服務問題，要什麼沒什麼。最後工作人員給電話房東經理，態度更加差，還威脅我們，説什麼服務基本要求，你這種態度，已經是溝通有問題了。本來好好的，對於這個房間無比的，必須，肯定的差評。半夜有蟑螂在床邊飛。説多好都是假的，問了樓下的人，説住才200一晚，我們預訂還要800，還不如酒店，又要看臉色。還説什麼海景房，樓上像賓館房間😨，隔房間隔音效果也很差，真的不能相信評分，太假了
