房間非常乾淨，陽台玻璃都透亮，廚房擦廚台的海綿都洗的乾乾淨淨，你敢信？兩個房間看海，一個房間看山，山景海景還全都有，房間在保利小區，大部分是住家，小區也乾淨，車庫停了兩晚上，一晚4元，一晚6元，實惠的很，洗衣機，麻將桌，小廚房啥都有。挺好的，可惜我們不做飯，到馬宮港十幾分鍾，要是做飯的話去那裡買海鮮幹蒸也也不錯。離市區二馬路30多分鐘，也便利，另外推薦一個早茶的地方，從住的地方到市區，友誼酒店，早茶居然是手做的，還不是預製菜，真的很少見，真心推薦。圖片是觀瀾大道欣賞一下。

房間裝修簡單大方，整理乾淨，房東服務熱情，溝通方便，因為金町灣比較大，個人喜歡安靜的，沒有選擇近商業區，這小區屬於靠邊的位置，能看到海也安靜，拖家帶口的可以選擇這家。

先説説房間，這民宿就環境而言我覺得非常舒適，衞生乾淨，東西齊全。跟放在官網上的圖片是一樣的。還有麻將可以玩兒，非常好。下樓以後步行大概8~10分鐘就可以到金町灣沙灘，雖然不是特別近，但是我覺得能接受。管家非常負責，有問必答，對於我們第一次來汕尾玩兒的人，免去了很多踩坑的麻煩。非常好！謝謝

房間很乾凈，帶孩子出行就怕住到不衞生的房間，這個公寓衞生方面做得挺好的，下樓走2百米就到海邊，也很方便，陽台就可以看到海，住得很舒服

老闆服務很好，人很nice，很有耐心。住的很舒服，帶娃去沙灘玩回來各種洗洗洗，有洗衣機也解放雙手。下次過來還會住。

老倆口愛旅遊，這次到汕尾選了這家民宿，網上介紹看起來挺好，也無差評，但很擔心名不符實。可到了一看，和網上完全相符，基本無差異。對我們吸引最大的就是無敵海景房，真正體會了躺在床上看大海，聽玻濤的快樂。至於房間整潔，床上用品乾淨，設施配套（有冰箱，洗衣機和洗衣液）等基本條件都很齊全。不敢説還會不會來汕尾，但若親朋好友來定會推薦的。
