別墅實際與官方圖片一致，別墅很大，遊樂設施都很不錯很好玩，滿足一大家子不同人的需要，距離海灘步行5，6分鐘即可到達。不過還有一些衞生細節不太到位

非常適合團建，實地和商品圖拍出來的一模一樣，設備都很齊全，管家非常及時幫我們解決問題，離沙灘很近，收拾收拾就能到海邊，主要是別墅裏的玩樂設施夠多，大家都不想出門玩了

清明節全家出遊，大人小孩一起十四人，本來計劃海邊酒店定下來了，但想到人多在一起才熱鬧，後面訂了這家別墅。很不巧的是剛來就下雨，所有計劃行程都取消了，變成了室內活動。還好這裏什麼都有，打桌球，打麻將，唱歌，看電視，大家都有的玩，不至於悶酒店啥也幹不了。店家很熱心多留了我們幾個小時，讓我們一大家子人暖暖的，感謝🙏

別墅位於風景優美的金町灣，空氣清新宜人。內部裝飾豪華，設施齊全，無論是客廳、卧室還是娛樂區，最棒的是和圖片一樣，維護得很新很好，組員都説很驚喜。別墅的服務團隊非常專業，他們熱情周到，細心照顧每一位客人的需求。還送了很多東西。別墅內設有各種娛樂設施，如KTV、遊戲機、桌球等，我們看球打麻將都很方便。雖然別墅的價格相對較高，但是考慮到其豪華的環境、優質的服務和豐富的娛樂設施，我認為它的性價比非常高。相較於同類型的轟趴別墅，它的價格合理且物超所值。
有個小小的建議：別墅內可以提供一些功能的使用提示會更好。
