進入房間第一印象就是有家的感覺。玄關後面是餐廳，左邊就是客廳和廚房。客廳里居然還有自動麻將桌。廚房裡鍋碗瓢盆冰箱微波爐一應俱全。後面了小陽台還有洗衣機。典型的三房兩廳兩衞的格局。意外的驚喜是主卧出去居然還有一個大大咧咧露台，上面有茶桌，鞦韆，搖椅。上午暖洋洋的太陽下品茗不要太愜意。

入住超方便，不過樓下停車要看運氣。離二馬路就一個路口，走路非常方便。房子夠大又舒適，唯一缺點就是wifi信號非常弱。

房東很熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，出行很方便，近二馬路，附近購物吃飯都很方便。房間還配備了孩子玩的波波池和鞦韆等，很適合一家出行入住。

民宿實際跟照片的一模一樣，絕對不假。衞生實在太乾淨了！無論廁所、浴室、廚房還是房間跟客廳，都是一塵不染，整整潔潔的！廁所沒有異味，整個房子更加沒有。雖然是三房，但可以住7-9個人。有很大的露台，可以晾衣服，可以燒烤。
地理條件非常優越，樓下就是公交車站，樓下也能免費停車。下樓左邊走過去就是二馬路；右邊走就是海邊。樓下也停了很多共享電動車，到哪都方便。樓下還有兩個小超市，缺啥買啥。
房東小姐姐實在太好太熱情，有問必答，回覆及時。
下次再去汕尾，還來這民宿！

暑假一家六口住才400多一晚，性價比真的超級高。房間衞生也乾淨，小孩子除了出去玩和睡覺，都待在波波池裡麪。陽台很漂亮，可惜每天都是早出晚歸，沒時間體驗。房東姐姐也好熱情哦，分享了遊玩和美食攻略。

房間的位置非常好，在這去哪裡都方便，下樓就是公交站，去高鐵站坐公交直達，太方便了。去二馬路美食街用不了10分鐘，去海邊下樓2.3分鐘就到一進房間給人驚喜。住的是網紅打卡房，房間有個超大露台，站在露台看夜景，很喜歡，房東熱情周到，提前給我們把怎樣出行，怎樣乘車，去哪裡吃飯都做了詳細的介紹，謝謝房東！以後再來汕尾還會住這裏，也會推薦給朋友到這來的。

大樓年份有點老舊，但是房子裏面還不錯，陽台很大，一家6人旅行，房間床鋪夠用，廚房設施完善，有一個160L左右的冰箱，很實用。房子位置很好，旁邊有菜場，離二馬路也近。希望把一些小問題及時解決
