Stayed 4 nights in Zhubei, excellent reception,excellent service, excellent location(it’s basically on Er Ma Lu, where all the delicious food you can find! very clean room and free washing machine facilities! Highly recommended for families and couple! Kudos *****

The hotel is clean and the staff are very considerate. Before I checked in, they called me to confirm that they did not have non-smoking rooms and asked me if I could use the room that was rented out for a few days.

We booked 2 single beds, but when we got to the hotel, the front desk said they didn't have any, and then arranged a dark room 201 on the lower floor. The room was so dark and scary. The woman also fined us $10 when we checked out. I will never stay here. There were many dead bugs in the bathroom, and the hygiene was so bad!
