Good value. Nice location. Clean room. Quick & efficient services. Nice front desk. Well mannered floor workers. Only drawback is the restaurant. Price at the Chinese restaurant on the high end but the food is just OK. Need to improve on appetites.

Centrally located hotel close to everything you need. The room is spacious with comfy bed plus plenty amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay and shall visit again in future.

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

The waiters at the hotel front desk and restaurant are very polite, smiling and friendly. The facilities are just average, nothing special. There are not many kinds of food for breakfast, but the taste is okay. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and the location is good, not far from a small park. The room was tidy. Although the toilet seat in the bathroom is a bit narrow, it is still acceptable.

Ventilation is required when entering. Many small details of the decoration reflect the hotel's orange theme. The kettle, hairdryer, and cups are all unique, including the toiletries, which are all orange-flavored, which I like very much. Service: The guy at the front desk had a very good service attitude and upgraded our room type for free. The desk design of the business king bed room is very good. I personally feel that this room type is very suitable for business travelers.

Facilities: The hotel seems to be a bit old, but the interior has been renovated and upgraded, and the room space is quite large. The soundproofing of the room will be poor. Guests checking in at night can hear the sound clearly. If a motorcycle passes by outside the window, the sound will be very obvious. Hygiene: Generally speaking, I am satisfied. Some small details are not done well. Environment: The surrounding area is quite lively. You can go to various attractions or eat delicious food in just ten minutes on a motorcycle. Service: I stayed here for three days, and every day I found that my aunt had left something missing before the meeting, or forgot to put something away that day, but it was not very important. On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was given Chaozhou-style mooncakes, which was also a small surprise. Overall, the service is not too enthusiastic, but they do their job normally. If you don’t mind something a bit old-fashioned, you can choose this one.

Very disappointed. The soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. I encountered a poor quality next door room. I was still loud party in the early morning! I couldn't sleep at all, even if it was noisy inside, I often went in and out and closed the door loudly! The soundproofing of the hotel itself is poor. I had to stay for two days. I checked out early. At 9 o'clock, the aunt started to do hygiene again and chatted loudly. In addition to the toilet board and the dirty things of the last guest, the others are fine. After all, the price is cheap.

Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.
