Hotels in Xinyi City/Guangxia New City, Shantou

The hotel has convenient parking, perfect for self-driving tours. The outdoor parking spaces make it a true garden hotel. The outdoor garden is quite large. It would be great if there were more outdoor recreational facilities (this could be improved) and pavilions. I was worried about whether the renovation would be good, but the rooms and facilities are all brand new, not refurbished, which puts me at ease. The front desk staff patiently answered my questions, and their service attitude is commendable!

First time to Chaoshan. 5.4 checked into Chaozhou Huaxhui Hotel, and was surprised by the result. Why was everything so bad? 5.5 checked into Atour. I can only say Atour is really my YYDs! And I ate well and slept well in Shantou. I love Shantou people so much. Everyone is so enthusiastic, super nice and friendly, whether it is the driver or the hotel lady and brother! I will come again next time

The rooms are warmly and elegantly furnished, and the balconies overlook the exterior, perfect for lounging and daydreaming. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the children's playground is a delight for those who don't want to leave. The dining experience is a highlight, with authentic local dishes and a friendly, attentive service. A small, special gift is also provided upon check-out. The attention to detail speaks volumes. Highly recommended for those who appreciate quality!

This hotel stay was beyond my imagination. To be honest, I have always been skeptical about chain hotels, but I booked three hotels this time, and Orange Crystal was the most satisfactory. The environment was clean and comfortable. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The hotel supplies were very high-end, and the mini bar was replenished in time. It was my first time to wash clothes in the hotel's laundry room. A short-sleeved shirt was wrinkled in the box. I saw an ironing machine and wanted to iron it, but my life didn't know how to iron it. The staff of the housekeeping department saw it and helped me iron it straight. I am really grateful. At the end of the check-out, they also gave me a souvenir, which was very thoughtful.

Hotel was super clean and convenient for the city. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Xiao Hai was super helpful and kind, whenever we had a question or a problem she would always help us immediately.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with many shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is very convenient for parking and travel. The environment is quiet and beautiful, the room facilities are complete, and the whole house is smart. The service is considerate and thoughtful, and it responds to every request, which makes people feel warm.

I was surprisingly satisfied with my stay. Firstly, I really appreciated the room's smart design, which effectively separated the sleeping area from the bathroom/vanity, ensuring peace and quiet. Despite its roadside location, the soundproofing was excellent. Secondly, the hotel has a gym. While compact, it's perfectly sufficient for a daily workout, offering equipment for running, stair climbing, and strength training. Breakfast is included; although I mostly chose to eat out, the soy milk served at breakfast was quite good. Lastly, the location is also a major plus. It's conveniently close to Zhujiang Road Food Street. While it might not rival the famous Long'annan Road, the Puning Claypot Porridge, Xiao Wu's rice noodle rolls, and the adjacent Pork Belly and Lotus Root Soup were all absolutely fantastic. In the evenings, the Yongyi Soy Milk shop downstairs is excellent. Right next door, there's also a *guotiao* (flat rice noodle) stall that, judging by the constant flow of customers, must be good, although I was too full to try it myself. The hotel was also very clean overall.

Location was not so good, very old hotel with minimal renovation, It still showed outdated. We booked 2 rooms, both floors were so dirty. I don't think I will book this hotel again.

This Orange Hotel is pretty good overall. First of all, parking is convenient, the parking space is large and easy to park. The floor and carpet in the lobby are clean, the front desk staff are enthusiastic, with a bright smile, and the orange fragrance is refreshing. The guest room is spacious and bright, the details are clean, and the staff will greet you when they meet. It's pretty good~ I will stay here again next time and introduce my friends to it. ! Recommended! 👍

We were upgraded from our Premier Queen Room to a suite. The room is HUGE with very spacious bathroom. Clean and very comfy. Its location is a bit off from the old town area, but still only a few kms or 15 min away by car. Still very convenient. Staff are all very courteous. The only negative is the hotel breakfast. It is in buffet style and does offer both western and chinese food. Not very delicious though. They do not replenish their breakfast items very frequently. At one time, even butter is not available. All in all, a very comfortable stay at Kyriad Marvellous Hotel. I would not have any reservation recommending this hotel to other friends.
