The hotel is in a great location, close to a small park. I live in a terrace room, and below is the McDonald's M sign where many people take photos, so people gather together to take photos from morning to night 📷 If you mind, just don't go out to the terrace. The lobby and rooms are well air-conditioned. Every time I walk by, I see someone cleaning the place. The environment is clean and hygienic, no odor. The bathing supplies provided are not enough for two people. You can prepare it yourself if necessary. The room is equipped with smart lighting control, and the smart TV has many movies to watch. The angle can be adjusted while lying in bed, which is very convenient. Next to the bed is a small sofa and a small table, where you can eat takeout. The only drawback is that the light is not sufficient for girls to put on makeup, and if they open the curtains, people outside will be able to see the environment inside.

Our overall experience was very positive—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. The room is very clean and has no odor. The things used in the room are also good. The address is easy to find. It is surrounded by business districts and convenient transportation. It is not far from the night market. The most important thing is that there are facial cleansers, makeup removers, and disposable towels. It is Hermes in the B&B! Highly recommended ~ Very good stay experience 😉

This is a small hotel so service and amenities are a bit limited but given the price and location, it is still value for money. The hotel does provide two maps one showing surrounding interest in Shantou city and the other one the surrounding areas. The People's park and ferry terminal are just 10 minutes walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

Facilities: Electric control throughout the house. It would be better if the curtains can be opened electrically. Now they can only be opened or closed. Hygiene: Except for some dust under the floor-standing clothes hanger, everything else is good. Environment: Friendly for renting a car or driving by yourself. There are many new or upcoming style shops in the neighborhood near the hotel (coffee, ice unicorn, etc.). The Xinghu fitness trail next to it is suitable for walking when the weather is good. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. I appreciated the little touches, such as dry flowers and a complimentary bottle of water and flower teas, that made me feel truly pampered. The front desk staff at Shanheli B&B were exceptional in every way. She is friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Shantou and looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

location is great. Food is so easily available downstairs. it is near to the food street. Probably bcos this hotel is new, they don't have standard ways in doing cleaning. Upon check-in, counter lady asked us to remind front counter every morning to do the cleaning. Isn't it supposed to be automatic. She said to prevent the room from being missed out for cleaning. They also don't top up toilet paper, shower gel as necessary. Always have missing towels that needed us to tell them to top up cos they have collected the old towels.

Convenient transportation + clean and comfortable + cost-effective, this hotel is worth considering. Although the room I booked is small, it is not depressing to live alone, and the sound insulation is good and I can sleep well. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is close to the high-speed rail station and Nan'ao bus station. There is no need to rush to catch the bus the next day. It is suitable for short-term travel or business trip transition.
