He patiently answered all our questions and proactively offered valuable recommendations, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The room itself was an even bigger pleasant surprise: spotlessly clean with fantastic natural light. The sunlight streamed in, making the room feel wonderfully warm and cozy, and incredibly comfortable to stay in. This combination of exceptional service and a delightful environment truly made our experience superb. We couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommend to everyone!

A very cost-effective hotel. I came to Shantou for the food and Yingge Dance, but during the Spring Festival, all hotels in Shantou were overpriced and fully booked. I had no choice but to book this hotel. As a result, I saw the authentic Yingge team in the surrounding community when I checked in that night. I was shocked! As far as the hotel is concerned, the price matches the facilities, the sound insulation is also very good, and the room is clean! But the service is very good, basically responsive and quick to respond. Special thanks to the front desk Xiao Li, who is very enthusiastic and introduced us a lot of information about watching Yingge Dance! I think the only drawback is the laundry room. I suggest that the hotel can get a few more devices, otherwise we have to wait a long time every time!

Although the hotel is quite old, it is well maintained overall. The room was neat and clean, and there was a large terrace, but the weather was too hot to enjoy it. Opposite the room is the playground, with more than a dozen amusement projects suitable for adults and children. My favorite part is the wave pool, there are many fun activities and the water is clean. I heard there will be a fireworks show on Saturday night, but unfortunately I missed it. There is also a Living Art Museum next to it, with a public beach, which is very clean and suitable for checking in and taking photos. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. I have a suggestion, add some staff, the waiting time for a room is almost exhausting! ! Overall it is worthy of praise

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in all these years... The details are so well done... What impressed me the most is the hair tie in the shower cap, which is so detailed... For us girls... We often forget to bring hair ties... This is the first time I feel the hotel's attentiveness... The second is the slippers for bathing... All hotels will not prepare such good slippers... There is only one type of slippers in the room... But this hotel has one pair in the room... and one pair in the bathroom... And the style is not the old-fashioned slippers... You can wear them out of the room to take pictures... This makes me like the hotel twice as much... Let's talk about mosquito removal... Generally, hotels There are a lot of mosquitoes when sitting outside... This hotel is so good that we sat outside and drank tea for an entire afternoon without any problems... It's almost like a private beach... If you like quietness, you can definitely go here in the off-season... We chose one day in the city for two days and came here to drink tea quietly... I also like the greenery here... There are scenery everywhere... Any photo you take is very good... Not to mention the service... There is also a detail... The water they served actually contains Evian... I really didn't expect it... I will bring my parents here again if I have the chance...

I stayed in this hotel for nine days,(12/01/24 to 21/01/24) room is made every day., my room is at 6th floor pretty quiet and clean, breakfast is good, very pleasant stay.
