服務態度差，動不動就吼人，熱水都沒有，床頭插座就兩個還有一個是壞的，床單好像沒有換過一樣，有臟東西，窗子都是壞的無法打開，燈就衹有兩個燈，壞境極差，這是我住過最差的酒店
