根據2024年2月9日至16日在汕頭金麟酒店的住宿合同，我方已履行預付款項義務。然而，酒店方於2月16日採取蠻橫的手段，致我方家庭成員在深夜遭受粗暴對待，並要求付款額外費用138元，此行為構成了對合同的重大違反，並觸犯了消費者權益保護法。此外，酒店未能提供法定的發票及承諾的服務滿足，違反了税法及相關服務協議。更甚者，酒店使用不符合安全標準的設施，****建築安全法規，嚴重危害消費者安全。將陸續聯繫相關部門要求進行徹底調查，依法追究酒店責任，並保障消費者權益。

我在金麟酒店的經歷真是太糟糕了，完全不像我之前住過的任何一個酒店。他們半夜撬門讓我爸媽再付錢138塊錢的事，這都是什麼操作啊？還有啥好説的。花一千多塊連個發票都不給，説好的熱水和電視服務也沒了，這不是坑人是什麼？更別説那些過期的空調，隨時都能出事，半夜跟四台廢棄空調呆在一起。

態度極差，專門坑外地遊客晚訂房了，想着將就一下，結果搞出這一出。訂的雙床房，前台説沒有，衹有單床房間，要求我們加錢再定一間。還囂張地説要不然我們就退房，不做生意了。明顯故意的，仗着我們需要房間。有個幕後老闆，前台一直跟老闆打電話，什麼商量啊，什麼建議啊。春晚看不到的雙簧，隔這看到了。一開始説沒房間了，給錢就有房間了，得，魔術也有了。黑心！也不怕遭報應！空調插頭鎖死，這天氣全靠發黑的被子。熱水器上不來水，廁所味關不住。門太簡陋了，已經潮濕粉化了。晚上不知道幹嘛，一個人一路敲門，説著方言聽不懂，罵了一句才不敲了。第二天起來就走了，東西放裏面都懷疑安不安全。新的一年，祝老闆生意慘淡，健康出走，事事不順，黴運當頭。
