Decent hotel. Room smelled of smoke though. Location is alright but it’s still a bit of work from the main town. Huge high way in front and factories around

Facilities: It's relatively complete. Everything you need in the room is available. The bed is a little short. I'm 188cm tall and my feet are hanging out of the bed.
Cleanliness: Overall it was pretty good, but I found the room card holder left by the previous guest on the top panel of the wardrobe. It must have been too high and the cleaner didn't see it so they didn't take it away.
Environment: The decoration of the room is okay. It is more to my liking than the decoration style of other Vienna hotels. However, I booked an executive king bed room, the most expensive room type in the hotel. The front desk said that there are only 3 rooms of this type in total, all facing the road. Bian, forget it, but the house on the roadside is still single-layer glass, and the sound insulation effect is so bad💥. The tire noise of the cars on the road is very obvious, not to mention the sound of horns, which is completely unstoppable. I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning and couldn't fall back to sleep.
Service: The waiter's response was okay. I needed a dirty clothes bag and it was delivered quickly.
Breakfast: There are few varieties and the taste is average. The milk is no different from drinking boiled water with a little sweetness, which is very dissatisfying.

Huge difference!
The soundproofing of the room is so poor that you can hear the voices in the opposite room clearly.
Breakfast is also disgusting, very dirty and messy

The hotel is located next to National Highway 324, and the side facing the highway is noisy. But the overall service is good, the room is quite spacious, and the hygiene level is quite clean.
