首先我提前半個月定的房，有兩間還是那種不能退的，一間2晚，一間1晚，2晚的人先到入住了，第二天另一間人到了後給我説被他那邊退房，根本沒有收到任何通知，而且我這邊顯示酒店已確認，還説什麼我們電話打不通，根本不是，原本訂的時候想退還給我們打電話説退不了怎麼就後面電話打不通，胡説八道。也不是我們一個訂單的問題後面陸陸續續聽到那老闆跟別人説訂單有問題，畢竟隔音很差，老闆在外面打電話聽得很清楚，明明就是他自己的問題，甚至把問題歸咎於她的孩子説小孩玩他手機所以沒看到什麼的。我真的無語。因為五一相對於其他住宿價格也便宜，但是老闆的態度是真讓人噁心再來説説環境，入住兩晚，房間剛收拾出來地也沒掃，房間洗漱用品一件也沒有自己去要的。最讓人無法接受的是隔音賊差，跟在一個屋沒什麼區別，當天到的又很晚隔壁説話很大聲，後面提醒了才好一點。可以看圖兩間房中間隔斷處手伸過去跟別人打招呼都是可以的。而且從來沒住過連個洗手枱都沒有的住宿。我們在附近找了另外一家價格比他還便宜條件也好

老闆和老闆娘很熱情很親切 熱水24小時都有得供應 吹風機和洗漱用品啥的都不缺 住宿簡單但是絕對不會簡陋 床品也是一用一換很乾凈 住這邊趕高鐵轉車也很方便，下面就是一條很熱鬧的街道，很多潮汕的特色小吃也不貴。對潮汕地區的美食念念不忘，不錯的捏！

照片和實際情況是一樣的,位置好找，就在衚衕裏,二樓訓練面積不大，但是非常乾淨，有獨立衞生間，熱水很很給力，有風扇，網上訂性價比高，價錢合理，是打工人來汕頭的最佳選擇..希望下次還會再來的，酒店給更多的朋友幫助

位置靠近公交車站，直達汕頭站。附近的街晚上也很熱鬧，可以轉轉。老闆很熱情人很好。住宿是在一個小巷子裏，環境一般般，不太要求居住條件可以考慮
