Shantou Zhonghai Nanbin Hotel

I stayed at the China National Nanbin Hotel for one day and one night. Although the time was short, the experience was very pleasant. I would like to leave a good review. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to help us with our luggage. The space was spacious and the bedding was comfortable, allowing us to get a good rest during our short stay. The housekeeping sister also took the initiative to say hello, and the check-in and check-out procedures were very fast and efficient. Finally, the sanitary conditions were also satisfactory and the room was tidy and clean. Although I only stayed for one day, the overall experience was great and I would highly recommend it to other travelers. Thank you for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff and look forward to having the opportunity to stay again.

The room is very clean. Tea bags, fruits and sand-digging toys for children are provided upon check-in. A God of Wealth doll is also provided upon check-out. I received two gifts in one stay, and my daughter was very happy. The guy at the front desk also helped me carry my luggage upstairs, which was very helpful. The hotel also provided tickets to the water park, which should have many attractions. However, we only took our kids to the beach in the park. It was less crowded and very comfortable. Due to the weather, the waves on the beach were big, and there were hotel staff who were specifically responsible for reminding guests not to go into the sea. They had a good sense of safety and responsibility, and felt very safe. I give it a thumbs up again. During the Spring Festival, the hotel also organized many folk activities, including Yingge dance performances (my daughter loves Yingge dance so much that she watched it from 2:30 to 5:00 in the afternoon and didn’t want to go home until the dancers got off work). In summary, there are no shortcomings in the room and service. There are fewer people during the Spring Festival, and there are activities to watch and play. I have recommended it to my friends to stay here next time they come to Shantou. Come again next time if I have the chance.

Although the hotel is quite old, it is well maintained overall. The room was neat and clean, and there was a large terrace, but the weather was too hot to enjoy it. Opposite the room is the playground, with more than a dozen amusement projects suitable for adults and children. My favorite part is the wave pool, there are many fun activities and the water is clean. I heard there will be a fireworks show on Saturday night, but unfortunately I missed it. There is also a Living Art Museum next to it, with a public beach, which is very clean and suitable for checking in and taking photos. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. I have a suggestion, add some staff, the waiting time for a room is almost exhausting! ! Overall it is worthy of praise

The location of the hotel is good. You can get there in 10 minutes by getting off the highway. The sea and the water park are just outside the lobby. The bad experience is that the hotel is currently being renovated, the machine is ringing outside, and the hotel facilities are too old, and the door lock is broken and used later The key is the key. The breakfast is very ordinary, but the children had a great time. There are almost no people in the water park at night. They can only play for private use. We will come back next time when the decoration is completed... I look forward to improving the hotel's services to a higher level

Worst hotel in China. Maybe this hotel was good a couple of decades ago. There were a lot of flies in the room. Everything is old. Private beach without sunbeds. Sea smelly.

The hotel is very old, the service can't keep up, and the hotel restaurant is not delicious. Next time, it's better to book a nearby apartment. It's much newer than this one
