公寓位置易找，樓下附近也挺多吃的，甜湯炒粉湯粉都有；公寓價格非常實惠；房間裏空調足夠給力；如果公寓能有USB充電就更好了。

房間設施基本完備，周邊車位緊張，老闆會幫忙引導停車，但是房間空調製冷效果一般，蚊子比較多，靠近馬路所以夜晚會有噪音，整體來説符合價位。
