酒店離市區有點遠，過去要半個多小時，就在南澳大橋的附近。晚上睡覺旁邊娛樂場所太吵了，吵的根本無法入睡，隔音效果一點也不好，酒店裡麪也不管理一下嗎？酒店旁邊居然開KTV會所，老闆你是怎麼想的，你讓大家晚上怎麼休息？不值得推薦這家酒店，大家千萬不要踩雷了！！！

晚上火車站下來到酒店大概十公里，前台的小姐姐服務態度很好，客房的阿姨也很熱情，大堂很大，房間很乾凈，吃完早餐去南澳島旅遊剛剛好，期待下次入住

春節假期初二預訂房間 凌晨一點多入住 一進房間就有水果殘留沒打掃乾淨。接着洗澡，洗一半冷水了，諮詢前台回覆是住客太多。供暖不足。感冒了。酒店服務很差。不會再次入住該酒店。這家有損維也納酒店連鎖經營管理。

均價接近300的酒店，基礎設施極度不匹配，大熱天的天氣入住竟然把整個酒店的空調製冷總閥關了，不讓開空調，衹有清風功能，讓我們以為空調開了，房間內一直接近30度的温度，最**的騷操作就是好不容易爭取到開空調，半夜又把中央空調的總閥關了，讓你半夜熱醒投訴無門，建議酒店下次加個空調收費服務

衞生搞得很差。。給馬桶消毒的時候看到這麼多噁心的污漬真是要吐了。。過年期間溢價嚴重，八百多一間維也納衞生還不搞搞乾淨啊？？
過年期間汕頭酒店溢價太恐怖了，設施環境服務和價格完全不成正比，汕頭也不好玩，反正不會再來了。
