Jincheng Hotel

If you travel during the Spring Festival, there are very few buffet breakfasts and the place is very small. When we arrived at 7:15, there was no seat and the food was sold out. The leftovers were left on the table and no one cleaned up 😂 The waiter's attitude was embarrassing and impatient. Everything else felt good. The facilities in the room were good. The water dispenser was also suitable for winter use. However, we need to find a way to make the water in the water dispenser safe and clean. After I drank it, I realized that this was also the water drunk by the previous guest, and I was a little scared. But at this price, I think it is very cost-effective in a tourist city and during the Spring Festival. But the breakfast service could be improved.

The hotel is in a good location, the room bedding is clean and hygienic… I've lived here many times. However, when I went to check in at 5pm on the day of check-in, the service attitude of the two ladies at the front desk was really bad! It overturned my previous good impression of this hotel...

It's too noisy. It's still noisy after moving from the 7th floor to the 4th floor. My colleague who lives on the 3rd floor also complained that it's noisy. There are only a few items for breakfast. If you're not full, you have to go out and order takeout. It's a terrible experience!
