Overseas Chinese Mansion Hotel (Shantou China Travel Service Bufeng Lotus Shop)

Near shopping and local food street. Very accessible to DD. Good location, Will come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. They provide good service. The hotel is an old building and the maintenance team did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Good location, Close to Lotus and McDonald. The rooms are clean. There were 2 small and 1 big bottles of drinking water provided in our rooms every day. Staffs are very helpful and full of service mind. 👍👍

I travelled a lot, this is one of the best 3 stars hotel I've ever stayed. Location: easy to reach from the airport, the hotel is the airport express bus terminal. Around the hotel have plenty of delicious restaurants and a big supermarket(LOTUS). Room: nice,tidy and clean with very good beddings and pillows. I sleep very well all 4 nights. Service: every staff is friendly and willing to help although they cannot speak English and I cannot understand Chinese. Most admirable is the lady manager who is the only one who speak English fluently, she is eager to solve every problem and help our stay the most comfortable and she is very friendly ,generous and sincere. i forgot to ask her her name. Facilities; very good, plenty more than enough for me. If i come back to Shantou again I will stay at this hotel for sure.

Nice place to be near to many spots. Ginsa park, ginsa pedestrian. Many eateries. Not a bad place to be.

Limited amenities water only 2 bottles in the room and you have to asking for more. And will only give another 2 bottles only (stay for 2 persons). 有限的Amenities房间里只有两瓶水，多问要但只给多两瓶（供两人入住）。 Loss key card but hotel charge 50 yuan per one piece (over price charge). This charge price did not mention. After negotiation reduce charge to 30 yuan (but still over price). Room rate 200 yuan but charge key card loss 30 yuan??? 丢失钥匙卡，酒店收取每张50元的费用（超价收费）。这个收费价格没有提到。经过协商，费用降至30元。（仍然超价格收费）。房费200元但收取钥匙卡挂失费30元？？？ Hotel is look much older than the advertising picture. 酒店看起来比广告上的要古老得多。
