要熱水又沒有隔音效果很差，樓梯走路都聽得很清楚，還有人會偷偷敲門。不建議大家吧又沒電梯不弄虛做假環境不是很行

最大的優勢賣點是地理位置，屬汕頭核心區域，有高大上的萬象城和蘇寧廣場，周邊純粹的汕頭名小吃數不勝數，逛逛龍眼北菜市場對大都市的人來説可能是蠻好的體驗，如開車去汕頭，可考慮上午去菜市場大采購一番，晚上可以在家自己做美食了！

不推薦環境差衞生勉強還行一點都不隔音重點是睡一半還有人開房門幸虧用椅子堵了門沒有一次性鞋子洗涑用品牙膏刷起來都沒有泡沫電視壞的窗户關不了由於在網上預訂的超過退房時間衹能勉強入住平論好平都是刷的

10月1日在這裏酒店訂房1晚，各方面的設施都較差，2號早上跟前台提出續住，前台推脱先登記晚點答覆。中午1點半前往辦理續住手續，前台就不斷找理由不讓續住但不説理由，最後才得知是要提高房價，每間房要加價110元，最後居然説沒房給我，這樣的商家有誠信可言嗎？差評

春節期間在汕頭旅遊被一家酒店臨時取消住房！又找到這家店子，在市內，價格比平常高了8倍！幾十元的房價賣到了662一間！感覺不好！
