**Wonderful Stay in Shantou!**
The room was incredibly comfortable—quiet, clean, and spacious with a big sofa. We especially loved the shower room; it was amazing! Our whole family had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed staying at this hotel.
The location was very convenient, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. A special shout-out to the front office team—they went above and beyond to assist us!
The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of choices. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection at a local buffet-style hotel.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Shantou!

Hotel is new and easy to get around with DIDI. Friendly staff, front desk staff Mr Wang (王先生) was very helpful to book a car for us to Chaozhou and follow up with driver on the arrangement. Overall experience was very pleasant.

It was my first time staying at Orange Crystal Hotel. It was a bit beyond my expectations. The service and environment were very good. The room was quite large and the soundproofing was very good.
