The hotel offers a beautiful setting, with its stunning sea views as the standout feature. Oliver at the front desk was exceptionally attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. He thoughtfully crafted a personalized travel guide for us and recommended authentic local cuisine during check-in—a truly outstanding team member.
This being my second visit to China, I was genuinely touched by the warmth of the people in Shantou. Oliver, aware of my language barriers, consistently checked to ensure I had everything I needed. Discovering such exceptional professionalism across China's hospitality industry was remarkable!
We've already formed a genuine bond, and I've arranged with Oliver to bring my family back to stay here on our next visit to China. I look forward to seeing him again!

-Bad welcome attitude and poor knowledge provided by the front desk representative; -Small fitness centre and nobody informed need the swimming cap before arrival, dusty found at the bathroom mirror frame and in-completed paint finishes found above the light trough reflected from wall at shower tray and water closet area. No shuttle bus served with the hotel guest; -Limited food supplied and choice of the daily breakfast buffet. We stayed at the hotel with 3 nights but at the last day morning, We complaint their have not the bacon provided within the breakfast period, but the F＆B manager Mr. Tong checked with the chef said the hotel have not keep any stock of the bacon since few days ago, I think this is ridiculous answer with the 5 stars hotel never keep enough food stock for regular breakfast till the last minutes found by the F & B manager. Poor coffee and limited food choice. Besides, all the inexperience waitress services provided;
Finally, I will not recommend this extremely poor hotel to the travelers.
