There are so many types of breakfast that I can't eat them all I thought the hotel breakfast would be perfunctory, but the Shantou Garden Hotel directly surprised me. Not only are there local specialties such as rice noodle soup and Chaoshan stewed food, but there are also freshly cooked noodles and freshly fried eggs, a combination of Chinese and Western styles.
