第一天晚上九點多入住到房間浴室全部都是濕漉的，地上都是水，鏡子也不是很乾凈，下去和前台反應，前台讓換個房間，然後自己上去搬行李，前台又給錯房卡，房間打不開，又下樓，餓了一天了10個小時都沒吃東西，然後我們就先出去吃東西，然後回來以後才解決了，雖然前台道歉非常及時，但是心情非常的煩躁，然後一屁股坐在沙發上做出了一個死蟲子 第二天早上出門是早上10:00 下午5:00左右回來的時候，房間還沒有打掃，打掃房間的阿姨態度挺好的，也道歉了，但是這個應該是規章的問題，酒店制度 還有房間的紅光在晚上有點嚇人

這次住了一晚，整體體驗挺好，在市區同等價位同等配套，算是很值得入住的酒店。酒店衞生環境好，配套有停車場，對面就是金砂公園，周邊遊玩吃住很方便，距離市中心萬象城也很近。酒店前台小姐姐顏值高，服務態度好，應需還額外加送了兩瓶水，機器人配送速度快。但有些方面可以優化：1、洗手間應增加兩三個掛鈎，換洗衣服才有的掛。2、水龍頭的聲音實在太大，是否可更換或者調整水壓。3、雙人房衹配套一衹凳子，明顯不合理，該不會是默認一個人坐床上吧。

衞生：衞生一般般，有一次回房間廁所發現了蟑螂，不過打電話給工作人員相應的很快，馬上清理了。 環境：酒店位置不錯，整體設施挺好的，投影也好用，就是酒店竟然沒有會員。廁所有點小，開門進出有點困難，其他沒別的毛病。 服務：前台小姐姐態度還是挺好的，到了沒房還給水果吃。

【位置】顯眼，大馬路上立刻找到。走路十分鐘就是美食扎堆的地方（平東一街附近）。去萬象城 小公園，都不遠。 【設施】大床房空間挺寬敞，非常滿意。淋浴水壓巨強，智能馬桶也很狂野🤣 【服務】挺好的，2號前台小姐姐機靈又熱情 總的來説十分推薦！
