No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay!
花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！
My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

The room facilities are complete and clean, especially the courtyard. It is so happy to drink and chat with friends at night. The store also specially brought mosquito repellent incense. I slept in the morning and wanted to eat rice noodles. The store manager immediately turned into a human courier.
In addition, I have to mention that the hotel location is super good. All delicious food can be walked within a 2-day trip. I guess I didn’t go out of the 1 km radius.

This homestay is so warm to the heart:) As a pet parent, I was originally worried about the inconveniences of traveling, but I didn’t expect that this stay was full of surprises. The front desk guy was warm and thoughtful! I was healed as soon as I opened the door. The wooden room was filled with a faint tea fragrance, and the tatami was very comfortable to sleep on. Drinking tea and relaxing in the courtyard in the morning and evening, the furry children were particularly happy running around. I must praise the vitality breakfast. The handmade bamboo basket was filled with freshly made eight-treasure porridge and various steamed foods~ It is a homestay with warmth and details, and it must be included in the annual treasure list!
