Waiting for the password at the door for a while. The check-in experience is average.

We came to Shantou and booked a room at their house. In the afternoon, a friend from Shantou came over to help us check the room size. We called in the middle of the night and asked to change rooms, but the room was not changed. The water heater said it was inconvenient for girls, but there was no response. I asked him if there was a solution. I wanted mosquito repellent at night, but he responded in one night😤😤. The follow-up customer service responded to us saying that we entered the room in the afternoon and used it, making the room dirty and disturbing. They had a very bad attitude towards resting and asked for compensation but got no response. Don’t come to their house next time. It’s really the most speechless place I’ve ever stayed at. 😡

It is better to be diligent in throwing away the garbage in the room and replace it with a new garbage bag because it is very small and can't hold much garbage. The location is actually a bit far from the central activity area, but there are many restaurants near the B&B, etc., which can also meet basic needs. Because our friends and I are traveling with children, we moved the sofa a little bit, which will have more space and can also block the baby from sleeping.
