We came to Shantou and booked a room at their house. In the afternoon, a friend from Shantou came over to help us check the room size. When we came to check in at around two o'clock in the evening, we found that the room was very dirty and had obvious garbage. We called in the middle of the night and asked to change rooms, but the room was not changed. The water heater said it was inconvenient for girls, but there was no response. I asked him if there was a solution. I wanted mosquito repellent at night, but he responded in one night😤😤. The follow-up customer service responded to us saying that we entered the room in the afternoon and used it, making the room dirty and disturbing. They had a very bad attitude towards resting and asked for compensation but got no response. Don’t come to their house next time. It’s really the most speechless place I’ve ever stayed at. 😡

The price is affordable, the rooms are fully equipped, there are various restaurants, milk tea shops, coffee shops and convenience stores downstairs, there are sea and rivers around, and you can reach various attractions on the East Coast by riding a small electric bike in less than ten minutes.

The experience of staying in a B&B temporarily during a business trip was really good. The smell was good as soon as you entered the door. The style and hygiene of the room were very good. There was also a projection. It can be seen that the boss is also a person who loves life. I will come again next time I come to Shantou!

There are pharmacies, rice noodle rolls, coffee shops, and cake shops nearby, but not many are open during the Spring Festival. It's good to have a convenience store downstairs. The room is clean and equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The overall room is small. It's inconvenient for three people to stay in. It's okay for children, but it's inconvenient for those over 12 years old. There is only one quilt in the king-size bed room, and I ordered a quilt for takeout.

The location is good, downstairs is MixC, and there is a garage. The room is relatively clean, with complete facilities, and the landlord's service is good. New bath towels, towels, and mineral water are replaced every day. However, the shower in the bathroom is only 1/3 of the partition, and water splashes easily when taking a shower. The tile floor is very slippery. I hope it can be improved.

The room is generally OK, with fresh green tones, very comfortable beds, and clean toilets. The hotel is located around MixC, relatively a little off, and the room is indeed a little small. It is also good to go to the city center, and there are buses that can go directly there. It is also very convenient to drive downstairs to the parking lot. The store manager is very enthusiastic and guided us to check in. I felt good and stayed for another night. It is worth recommending.
