The room was large and the bathtub was in the right place, but after a person took a shower, he had to wait 20 minutes for hot water to be showered again. The location is super convenient, there are food, drinks and entertainment downstairs. The 4th floor of the passenger elevator can go directly to the shopping mall. But the pillow was too soft and my back was sore from sleeping on it. Unfortunately, the remote control has no power and cannot be replaced for 2 days.

The apartment is on the upper floor of Vientiane City, sharing the same elevator. The front desk is on the 1st floor, and the apartment is on the 11th and 12th floors. The room is large and clean, very convenient for travel, and there are many snacks around. It is just that it is noisy on the street, so it is recommended to provide earplugs.

This time, it can directly make me collapse. We are a family of 4! I was in a good mood. I arrived at the hotel at about 10:30 pm. I thought to myself that my room fee was 1,800 per night, why is there such a service attitude, and no one carried luggage 🧳 or anything. Just give you the room number and go directly. I didn't pay much attention to the room type when I went in (actually they gave the wrong one, I booked a big bed, but they gave me a double room) Then we washed and prepared to sleep. The bathroom had a distinct bird smell, and the flush of the toilet was very small. We all had bets. In fact, for me who often stays in hotels, I have become accustomed to these. I also comforted my family and children, saying that it was the New Year, and there were probably not enough people! So the two children went to bed at about 11:30. I had been traveling all day and I was very tired. Not to mention the children. Because I turned my phone to silent when I went to bed, what happened next would scare you to death. It was 12:40 in the morning. I heard someone knocking on the door in a daze, and then broke in again! I was alert and ran out in my shorts. The waiter here said that the wrong room was given to me at that time! Now the guests are here, and they want me to change the room immediately! I said if you gave the wrong room, you must solve it within 1 hour at least! It is now 1 o'clock in the morning, and the children are asleep (my eldest daughter woke up with a start... She told me the next day that she was so scared at that time). He said sorry, but now he told me that he had to change. I said how could I change when my two children were asleep, and he said he could help me carry them over. I said it was the middle of the night and my children were still young. How can you operate like this? You made the mistake yourself, why do you want us customers to bear it? I directly told you to leave quickly, or I will call the police. You broke into the room and scared our family! More than 10 minutes later, the male waiter downstairs called me again. It was already past 1 o'clock. I took screenshots! He also asked me why I didn't tell the front desk when I knew it was a double room. It was really funny. He wanted to push the responsibility to me. After a while, at 1:30 in the morning, the little girl came to knock on the door again, begging me to change rooms. My wife also got up and burst out... You really don't look at the time. If you say it was during the day, or just entered the room, if we don't change, then it's true... Our children are asleep now and it's already midnight. Why do you make the mistake that we have to bear? To put it bluntly, the room was empty and we didn't need it. It was really a super horrible experience for me to stay in a hotel...

Stayed for 2 nights and found the location is really good. It is connected to the Mixc. It is convenient to buy food and drinks. The Run Street downstairs is very lively at night. The room is clean and comfortable. Recommended!

The location is very good, just above Vientiane City, and the room is big enough. However, no card is required for the elevator, and there is no tea or coffee provided in the room. There is no small refrigerator either.

The room is pretty good, and the bathtub is super big. But the bathtub ran out of hot water, and there was no hot water in the shower. Haha, you have to wait a while for hot water to come out. The transportation is very convenient
