The room has hygiene issues, find many dead and alive cockroach. No sound proof, feel like next room guests is living together.

晚上9點多忍不住主動聯繫管家 由於天氣原因飛機延誤導致到達汕頭已是凌晨一點 按管家定位打車 結果下車發現是百腦匯北塔 而酒店在南塔 推着行李箱一路問 走了7、8分鐘才找到。索性推開門燈光全亮 還有兩杯晚安甜湯 總算有點小安慰。
房間很寬敞 日系清新風 燈光設計不錯 備品也夠多 拖鞋很薄 床品還不錯 床很大。沒有冰箱 投影電視還行。小朋友第二天想做作業沒有合適的桌椅 衹能跪在地上牀頭櫃寫字 洗手枱和鏡子偏高也需要用牀頭櫃墊腳。樓下停車場不遠處有個迷你小公園 萬象城也還算近 海景一般 都是機器擋着 離得也遠。
總體來説比較舒適 衞生也行 就是不太適合親子。

很適合帶兩娃家庭，兩層大床，床品OK，很像酒店。
衞生OK，用我兒話，用品看着不是便宜貨
加分項：有晚上送甜品早上早餐，雖然很簡單但是也用心了。
扣分項目：二樓地面有灰塵。

服務:客服微信基本上秒回,空調有幫忙處理但好像物業不給調低,有搬來冷風機和風扇湊合著.
設施:幾乎能用差強人意形容,廁所位置設計奇怪,
中央空調不能調溫度,夏天基本上能熱**,但大堂走廊的冷氣比房間還涼,投影器難以設定,本來是歪的,加分點就是風景
位置:鄰近萬象城,購物方便,食物選擇多

環境很不錯，樓層空間夠大，一家四口住着很舒服，小孩一進來開門就好喜歡，服務也很周到，交通也很便利，離龍眼南路食街也挺近的，騎小電驢5分鐘就到了

房間裝修如圖，但是環境衞生不太好，水斗處有很多蟑螂……熱水是儲水式的，洗完澡要等1小時，不然就是冷水澡了
客服迴應是及時的，服務也不錯，但是房間的性價比還是低的
地理位置也不錯，邊上都是商場，出行還是很方便的
