路程不是很遠，地段不錯，街上有便利店，咖啡室等等，實際環境與相片及描述的一樣，密碼鎖進入房間，上層是睡房，床墊非常舒適，性價比高。

這個公寓住了好幾天，感覺都是相當好的，複式公寓，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，睡眠環境也很舒適！尤其是一張大床，又軟又舒服，愛了愛了！值得推薦！

硬件軟件給滿分💯💯💯，房間格局非常好，在龍光地產，汕頭本地房地產大亨打造的商務中心辦公loft公寓裡頭，唯美的小區園林環境，閑暇散步，彷彿就是一場穿越花園的旅行，住宿的公寓上下兩層，房間裝修風格暖風系，一樓沙發，茶几，嵌入式微波爐，移動式冰箱，以及三體合一的淋浴—洗手—陽台，分佈合理，二樓就是卧室，床1.m寬，長1.2米，稍微小點，不過兩人睡還是綽綽有餘的。特別適合情侶過來開搞。
服務態度給最差：因為這個酒店老闆和奪命先生一樣，雖説一開始入住提醒12點退房，但是第二天12點還沒到，確認不續住就催命附體地説規定12點，掙的房費都不夠付空調費，嚴重膈應。你既然公開出售公寓的使用權，價格也是你和攜程協商統一的，我黃金貴賓身份可以享受這個價，話裏你意思就是覺得收到的房費上，不舒服唄。
