Everything was fine until the day I had to check out. But there was no one at the desk & I was locked out of the building. Apparently there is a pw to open the side door that I didn't know about but still when it says the hrs are 10:00-23:00 someone should be there at 10:00 not after 11:00

For the price I paid there is no doubt that this hotel dral is value for money. Just a corner away from small park, the location is as good as any. And the service provided is very good, they called didi for me to and from various locations as I was unable to call didi at the time. And they did that with a smiling face, which I can see is sincere. Will go back to the same hotel again if go revisit shantou.

Owner of the hotel was very helpful and ensuring total customer satisfaction. Although Hotel has no lift but staff help to carry my large suitcase up to the 4th floor. Very family oriented hotel with owner providing valuable advice to us on navigating the area, recommending places for good food as a ell as providing information for us on our next location. It's in a small park, the location is good, but you may have to walk a few steps with your luggage. I like the overall decoration style very much, it's a bit of a replica of modern local houses, but the style is great, and the bed is very comfortable. The WiFi is strong enough that you can still connect to the internet when you turn a corner outside the store. It is very quiet at night and the store is clean, comfortable and exquisite. I have Xiaodu but I don’t know how to use it. It’s really enjoyable to watch movies on the big screen in the bedroom, and there is no conflict with the TV in the small living room. The housekeeper and the handsome man were very friendly and enthusiastic. They always greeted us warmly when we came in and out during the two days. Any needs were handled immediately. It was very hot outside and they provided plenty of mineral water.
