This time I stayed at the hotel floor, there was a swooshing smell, which was so unpleasant, and I didn’t sleep all night, because the air conditioner was too noisy. I didn’t want to cause trouble and didn’t change rooms in the middle of the night. Check-out was delayed for an hour. Originally, an hour delay was required to charge an extra 30 yuan. After reporting to the front desk staff, the extra time fee was not charged. A small gift and a fan were also given. It was not because of the 30 yuan delay, but the front desk staff. I booked it in advance on the 11th trip.
