General hygiene and insufficient supplies: We booked two rooms, and when we opened the (two) room doors, the air inside was turbid and disgusting. The bathroom does not provide hand sanitizer or small soap. 3. Poor service awareness: First of all, breakfast is not served until 8:30. Secondly, each room was only given one access card when checking in. I asked the receptionist for an extra one and explained the reason. But the front desk explained that this was the hotel’s rule. I said, how can your rules restrict guests? You and I have a contractual relationship and you are a service company. How can you deny the customer's request with just one rule? But the receptionist was indifferent to my request. 4. The breakfast room seems to insult the guests: the hotel breakfast is extremely simple and can only ensure that you are full. But the only protein for breakfast is a boiled egg, with no other protein available. And there is someone supervising nearby. There is a sign on the wall saying "Don't waste food, take only as much as you can eat." There is nothing wrong with this reminder in itself, but the most unpleasant thing is that the waiter will remind you loudly "Take as much as you can eat". It gives people the feeling that the guests are here to eat for free, and the breakfast provided is a gift from the hotel to the guests. Will not choose this hotel again

這次來新疆玩還是選擇了這家酒店，感受和之前大不一樣，整體氛圍，客房環境，配套設施都煥然一新，早餐也更豐富了，服務員也很熱心的幫忙提行李開電梯，最重要的價格也很實惠，確實是一次滿意的居住體驗，而且酒店離景區很近，出去玩交通都很方便，值得再次體驗。

自駕新疆遊30余天，一行十二人。住宿了20多家酒店，這是十分滿意的一家。房間乾淨衞生，設施完善，價格便宜極超預期。前台幫拿行李，經理親送水果到房間。早歺豐盛，服務特佳。推薦朋友前往一定不會失望。

來鄯善旅遊，隨機定的一個酒店，性價比還是不錯。前台給我升級了，前台妹妹服務態度很好，大廳乾淨明亮寬敞，我喜歡鍛鍊身體，有健身房不錯👍，房間衞生乾淨整潔，做了乾濕分區。周邊美食也比較齊全，交通出行也方便，離景區不遠，管理人員給我熱情介紹了線路。值得推薦，下次來再定。
