南方小土豆特地過來看雪過生日，昨晚鬧了個小烏龍，我出來打熱水，把房卡整丟了，因為這邊天黑比較早，關燈也要，我以為房東睡了，給她留言，結果老闆娘她起來給我開燈找，服務都挺好的，房間比較暖和，熱心推薦，有飯店很便利，很讚的一家店首推！

房間不大，但炕很暖。熱水器小，出水量不大。餐飲味道不錯，分量也很足。房客用餐還給折扣。老闆聯繫打車送站（自己找車比較麻煩）。滑雪免費接送。總體感覺可以。

不推薦環境差隔音差服務差入住時老闆娘愛答不理下午玩累了想睡會他們走廊裏不知道誰關門五分鐘咣的一聲五分鐘咣一聲的水龍頭放不出熱水那麼冷的天我用冷水刷牙洗臉然後我男朋友連頭都沒洗置物架上都生銹然後連個掛衣服的地方都沒有冬天衣服穿得多根本沒地方放

住宿提供的設施基本的都有：厚被子、枕頭、牙刷具，室內拖鞋、飲用的熱水、浴室熱水器。這家提供的是一次性用的浴巾。頭髮長的基本抹不幹。跟前台借了吹風筒，可是馬力不夠，吹的都是涼風，一個小孩的短髮都用了15分鐘。要求換一個，告知只有一架。住宿有提供租雪服，雪鏡，頭盔，護墊（而外收費的）。 先先租了2套護墊，拿上車後就要求師傅幫我退了一個，想着拿那麼多很麻煩，衹留一個給小孩用。小孩用也不合適，一直往下掉也黏不緊。滑雪回去要求退款另一個護墊，負責的阿姨説”拿了還能退費的？”完全不願意的樣子。但是，我是立馬請師傅退的，而不是帶去滑雪場，滑完了才退的！這點我還是很清楚的。所以那位負責的阿姨，嘴巴不要説些難聽的話給你的顧客，做生意該有做生意的態度。但是住宿老闆也給支持的讓我退了。浴室的熱水器當同時很多人使用，水量就會下降到很小，非常小。熱水器水都燒不熱，2天都用了涼水。退房時午餐時間，因為這裏餐館客人多（食物不錯👍），住宿拒絕幫我們寄儲行李，衹好改變行程提早結束。

民宿位置優越，就在去雪場的主路邊上，從亞布力西站出來衹要花五塊錢到青山村，下車一眼就看到了。房間基本就是暖炕加衞生間，面積不是很大，民宿主人自己經營飯館，吃飯很方便，住在他家的客人還另外打折。總體來説還是不錯的！
